Welcome

My number one goal is to provide a relaxing space for clients to receive counseling services. Many clients seek out therapy not really knowing what to expect. It can be a little scary to take a deeper look at ourselves, thinking patterns, behaviors and our role in relationships. It is my priority to offer a welcoming space for each client.

About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Slippery Rock University. I have been in the field since 1996. By following a client centered and eclectic approach to counseling, I will work together with you to help you develop tools for a deeper understanding of your needs. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to identify patterns, strengths, values and goals. I will work with you to develop effective coping mechanisms and create goals to work towards achieving a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
